Tonight, we had 2 tickets to the Opera Rigoletto! It was incredible. Em and I really really enjoyed it. It was actually Emily's favorite opera so far. We had a great night, and had a ton of fun.

Rigoletto Opera
Em and I have seen a lot of Broadway plays - and they are so much fun and we absolutely love them. But lately, we have not been that impressed with the selection (we have seen all the shows we want to), we have decided to branch out. As you may have noticed, we have been trying to spend some time at the Lincoln Center feasting upon classical culture and music. We have been to the NY Philharmonic, Met Opera, and Ballet - and we absolutely LOVE it.

Seriously, is it true that they display the lyrics and the translation on a screen behind the singers? I've heard that they do that, since many of us do not-uh speakuh italiano.
Just curious.
So, when do the operas with the large, braided, horned viking women start? I've got some frequent flier miles left! :-)
