We had a great summer in Dallas, TX. I was interning for Boston Consulting Group and had an absolute blast! Some summer highlights:
Lost Pines Resort near Austin - winning the costume contest (going as the White/Black Swan)
Backstreet Boys & New Kids on the Block concert - and winning the costume contest

Box Seats at a Texas Rangers Baseball game
Dinner & comedy show in Fort Worth
Seeing Family (Bernards) in Arlington
Cooking class competition
Working on a very interesting client with some incredible people
We had a great time in Dallas. Emily and Bobby got a lot of pool time, and just enjoyed the summer. I worked pretty long hours, but really liked my team and the work. Bobby began crawling, now has 8 teeth, and began walking a few days ago (just before 10 months). He is sure a handful - but such a happy baby.
Our car had some problems and it felt like the mechanics had the car more than we did over the summer! :( But fortunately it seems like everything worked out. Also, I started having some knee pains, and I went to a specialist who took some X-rays and an MRI and they found out that something has been in my knee for almost 10 years! When I got my right knee operated on in Ukraine (while on my mission), they left something large/sharp in there. So I need knee surgery again to get that out, and probably therapy or surgery to get rid of the chronic patella tendenosis. Yuck!
